Chicken Rice Casserole

Easy weeknight casserole. Especially easy when using leftover rotisserie chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix soup, sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper in a large skillet
  2. Stir in cooked rice, chicken, cheese
  3. Serve
