Beef Crostini
Toasted crostini with a mayo mixture and roast beef

Ingredients
24 slices French bread 1/4'' to 1/2'' thick
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped chives
2 - 4 Tbsp drained and rinsed capers
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lb deli roast beef
2 roma tomatoes in 24 thin slices
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Placed bread slices on cookie sheet and brush with oil. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until crisp. Let cool.
Combine mayo, parmesan cheese, chives, capers, garlic powder.
Spread mayo mixture on bread slices. Top with roast beef and tomato.
Garnish with chives
