
Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
2 large red pepper, chopped
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
1 can green chilli
1tsp chili powder
1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
6 soft shell tortilla
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Cook turkey, onion, peppers over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain
- Stir in cream cheese, chili powder, green chillis
- Pour enchilada sauce into a pie dish and dip tortillas into the sauce during layering
- Spray 9x13 pan with olive oil and layer tortillas, filling, and cheese (2 tortillas, 1/2 of mixture, 1/3 cup cheese).
- Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes
