Rich peanut butter and chocolate buckeyes

Ingredients

2 sticks butter (melted)
2 cups peanut butter
1lb powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 package chocolate chips
1'' x 1'' square parafin wax (shaved)

Directions

  1. Stir together butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla in a mixing bowl
  2. Chill mixture in the fridge for a little while to make rolling the balls easier
  3. Rolls into balls. If you are feeling crazy smash the ball between two waffle preztels.
  4. Freeze the rolled balls
  5. In a double boiler (or a small crock pot) melt the chocolate and wax (shaved)
  6. Dip the peanut butter balls in the chocolate and place on wax paper.
  7. Place in fridge to chill and set the chocolate
